Inside II

In spring flowers look so yearning and sensuous. If you look inside, you might find unexpected beauty. I sometimes meet people that remind me of these flowers: once you get to know them, they might be wonderful friends.

  1. Of course, I love these. I love looking inside flowers and did a flower photo show once. A friend who came said that in her former life she thinks she was a bee. I could relate. But then who wouldn’t like to go inside flowers. Your great gift is that you look inside so well and share your vision. Have a good weekend. Warmest regards, Ellen

  2. Love your gallery. Spring flowers are like the rain after a drought, they rehydrate our dry winter hearts with their beauty. Thanks for reminding us.

    • Thomas, you are so full of wisdom, quotes and poems, that’s really wonderful. Thank you for sending me this wonderful poem, I love it, and have a wonderful week-end, regards Mitza

  3. Beautiful photography of my favorite subject 🙂 Flowers are such a great metaphor for so many of our human virtues, metaphors not withstanding, the flower alone is an exquisite and delicate work of nature’s art. Thank you, Mitza!

    • You are completely right, Daniel. For my previous posts I researched a lot about poppies, roses etc. and found out very interesting things, that you could read when you have time. Why are flowers such an exquisite and delicate work of nature’s art? Because nature is made in the golden ratio, which is appealing to our eyes. All this is very interesting and I learned a lot myself, not only that I show a part of me when I photograph a flower. Hope you have a wonderful week-end, not so hot like here, regards Mitza

    • Thank you very much for your approval. I do this with a lot of love and affection for the divinity of the Creation. I wish you a nice week-end, regards Mitza
